Do We Need Relationship Coaching?

People have many options when it comes to getting effective help in making positive changes in their life. It can be confusing to figure out what kind of help you need. People often wonder which strategy is right for them.

Do you agree that every relationship could benefit from a “tune-up” every now and then? Are you currently single and looking to get prepared to be in a healthy relationship? Is your relationship “stuck” and in need of a coach for some healthy relationship skills? Are you in need of a certified facilitator to walk you through a pre-engagement or pre-marital assessment to prepare you for a lifetime of marriage?

You will learn:

how to connect with your partner’s feelings

how to resolve conflict safely

how to affirm and appreciate each other

how your partner’s personality works

cope with and appreciate your personality differences

how to set mutual goals for relationship happiness

you and your partner’s love languages

how to nurture each other

how to meet each other’s emotional needs

the spirituality of relationships and marriage

other resources for your relationship

for good, average, or conflicted relationships

for those who want to avoid the pain and trauma of separation and divorce

for those who want to be fully alive in their relationship

for those who are currently single and looking to get prepared to be in a healthy relationship

Relationship coaching focuses on teaching and coaching you through simple but powerful skills that you can easily apply at home. Just a few sessions may be necessary to make a big difference in your relationship, or as many sessions as you request. You will be in a safe and supportive environment where you are always in charge of your own process and growth as a couple or individual.

You or you and your partner meet with the relationship coach in a confidential session every week or two weeks (depending on need). You can still come by yourself if your partner is not willing to come. Perhaps your partner will change if you make some changes in your own behavior.
