Premature ejaculation -PE / Erectile dysfunction -ED

Premature ejaculation is uncontrolled ejaculation either before or shortly after sexual penetration.

It happens with minimal sexual stimulation and before the person wishes. It may result in unsatisfactory sex for both partners. This can increase the anxiety that may add to the problem. It is one of the most common forms of male sexual dysfunction. It has probably affected every man at some point in his life.
Erectile dysfunction affects an estimated 18 million men in the U.S. Alone.
Treating ED with medications like sildenafil (brand name: Viagra) isn’t your only option.
Instead, there are exercises you can do. Pelvic exercises helped 40 percent of men with ED regain normal erectile function. It also helped an additional 33.5 percent significantly improve erectile function, with consultation and exercise.

  1. Hello I’m a 23 year old male from Thailand. I think i’m still on denial stage about this matter but my partner is very bothered about me having PE. I have read some articles and also tried some things to control PE. I have used condoms and also tried Stop and Start method seems to be improving but now i’m concerned if this would still be totally cured?
